The North Carolina Rifle Association was established in 1938 as the sole state-wide organization affiliated with the National Rifle Association ("NRA-affiliated State Association"). The Association is a legally-registered non-profit civic organization, under both North Carolina and Federal Law. Due to our political activity, donations to NCRPA are not tax-deductible. NCRPA is run entirely by volunteers.
