Campfire Lodgings is located on the north edge of Asheville.
From I-240 in Asheville, take exit 4, putting you on Hwy 19-23 North, going towards Weaverville. Stay on 19-23 North for approximately 6 miles. Get off at the New Stock Rd. exit. At the end of the ramp, you will be at a traffic light. Turn right and you will immediately be at a second traffic light. Turn right again. (Note: if you are going south on Hwy 19-23 (toward Asheville), turn left at the bottom of the New Stock Rd. exit ramp, go through the first traffic light, and turn right at the second.)
Go 7 tenths of a mile to the first road on the right and turn right. Go 3 tenths of a mile and you will see the Campfire Lodgings sign and the entrance on the left. Turn left and go approximately half of a mile to the office at the top of the mountain.
Campfire Lodgings is not just any ordinary campground. We are located on a mountain ridge, not a highway. We offer comfortable lodgings, tent sites, RV sites, or cabins in a natural wooded setting.
