Liberty Hall: A Southern Plantation


Liberty Hall is located in Kenansville, North Carolina and stands as a proud reminder of a time that only exists in memories and storybooks. This is the ancestral home of the Kenan family and was built in the early 1800's. It has been fully restored and reflects the lifestyle as it was 150 years ago in North Carolina.

Business Hours
Tuesday-Saturday - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sundays from - 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

There is a Visitors Center at the site and the Cowan Museum next door. Visitors can tour the main house and the ten support buildings, and stroll the gardens.
