Pyle's Defeat Memorial Marker


This marker commemorates the February, 1781 bloodbath where American forces slaughtered about 100 colonists loyal to England, under the leadership of Col. John Pyle.

Directions
Take Exit #145 off Interstate 85/40, going south merge right onto Anthony Rd., marker is at Old Trail Road 2 miles ahead on left.

The marker is open during daylight hours; there is no admission.
